All payments are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, including illness, emergencies, or changes in personal circumstances. However, as a small independent artist running a limited-capacity retreat, we are not able to offer refunds. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking, to cover any cancellations you may need to make. 

If you pay via a monthly instalment plan: • The remaining balance must be paid in full via monthly instalments • All instalments remain payable, even if you cancel your place on the retreat Instalment plans are offered to make the retreat more accessible. They are not a subscription and cannot be cancelled partway through. By selecting an instalment plan, you are committing to the full cost of the retreat.
